Clay by Liene is Norway-based small handmade business, creating small scale jewelry but with as many color options as she possibly can create with her own hands. The founder of Clay by Liene is also an artist and content creator, attending local markets where she loves selling her handmade pieces. This is a little note from her:
Hi, I am so happy for each person who discovers my jewelry. Actually, I had a friend who started making polymer clay earrings during corona and never could I have imagined that I would do the same only three years later. This idea was born over a night, believe it or not, but even if the idea seemed impulsive, to build something own and to decide my own schedule has always been a dream and something that kept growing inside of me for years. I even tried out by selling my art at first.
See, I was born in poor conditions in Latvia and we used to create our own Christmas gifts because we couldn't afford brand new stuff from the store. I learnt different creative things during my childhood, and with no TV, I had lot of time.
Our family moved to Sweden when I was 8 years old and after moving across the country several times I learnt to adapt quickly to the idea of starting over unlimited times. Even though I felt rootless, I always found my roots in creativity and my imagination or faith.
After I was diagnosed with a disease, it was a hard world to live in where getting an ordinary job was almost impossible. Then I moved to Norway and I finally realized that I have to create my own stream of income by being creative.
Basically, everything in life prepares us and sets us up for what we're suppose to do. I see now how life gave me a mind of an entrepreneur, and how adversities made me only realize that I should take my own dreams more seriously.
So here I am, trying to find a balance between my Baltic enthusiasm for colors, because we do love colors, and the simplicity and sophisticated design of Scandinavia.
I want my jewelry reflect the creativity and passion I hold, and you should be bold too, to dress up, to express yourself and maybe go after some dreams too!

As a small business based in Norway, we're still doing our best to make our items available all over the world, so that those who see unique jewelry will be able to order even if in different country. Our vision is to make unique handmade jewelry affordable for as many as possible. Consider that you may have to pay extra toll fees. See the different costs for different regions with or without tracking at check out. We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. If you need a return or exchange (this applies for broken or lost items, or if you find out that you need different color or size), send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
